An interesting workshop about Chakra centers will be held this Saturday at Brown Dog Books and Gifts in Hinesburg tomorrow (Saturday, April 26) at 3pm. I am posting for my friend, Natacha Liuzzi, who says: Chakra Workshop with Maryalyce Merritt-- Join us for an enlightening class where we will explore the 7 major Chakra centers and the elements, colors, sounds, and healing stones associated with each of them. We will discuss the emotions, spiritual lessons, physical characteristics, and psychological aspects of each Chakra, also. Maryalyce will explain what Chakras are, what they do for you, and what you should do for them. Simple techniques will be taught to unblock, cleanse, and balance each of these energy centers, thereby restoring balance, health, and vitality.

We will perform a grounding exercise, discuss the Chakras and techniques to bring ourselves back into equilibrium, and work with a simple meditation which will bring us back into balance. We will also explore using healing crystals, tuning forks, and essential oils as tools to re-align our energy.

Attendees will be rewarded with higher levels of energy, health, wisdom, and love!
