In this movement class participants will discover and use their full range of physicality. We will find kinesthetic ease and efficiency by exploring muscle and bone connections, articulating the spine and opening the joints. We will integrate different approaches and philosophies to movement, including techniques that take us in and out of the floor and direct our energy through the space. Curiosity and play are two key ideas in the work we will do. Through asking questions and rigorous play we can open ourselves up to a fluid process that allows for surprising outcomes.
Open to any active adult!
