Greetings ... on Tuesday, March 2nd a small group of Hinesburg citizens will be requesting site plan approval for the Vestry Community Center situated on a very small parcel of land just to the south and west of St. Jude's Catholic Church. We encourage public support for this worthy project. The Vestry is one of the oldest structures in Hinesburg and despite its current condition, needs to be restored and reused. The United Church of Hinesburg is willing to turn the building over to our small group in the hopes that the building can be reused as a cultural center for our community. Its intended that this 1200 square foot building can be renewed and used as a community facility that benefits the citizens of Hinesburg in various and useful ways.
