On Sunday, February 28 at 3:00 the CSC and the Bolton and Richmond Historical Societies will present a program on local town meetings during the late1800's and early 1900's.  Excerpts from early Town Reports will cover subjects from highway expenses, liquor sales, floods, and law suits to school issues, including the requirement that students' families provide fire wood for the schools. Clint Buxton, who is out of a job as Richmond's Town Moderator in this year of Covid 19, will moderate the historical meetings program.
