I'd love for you to join me this week for Free Speech, a gentle guided warmup for our voices, bodies, and selves. I've found this work to be immensely helpful in dispersing stress, managing depression, and connecting more closely with what You appreciate about You.

This week we'll use our voices like spray paints, tap forgotten well-springs of vibration, and sing together a short, sweet song. (All from behind the safety of the Mute button, of course.)
