REMOTE PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL HEARING
NOTICE AND AGENDA
The Selectboard for the Town of Danby will hold a public informational hearing by electronic means on March 1, 2021 at 7:30 P.M. to discuss the Australian ballot articles on the 2021 Town Meeting Warning.

Shall the Town vote a budget of $1,277,264, a portion, thereof, in the amount of $1,056,179 to be raised by taxes to meet the expenses and liabilities of the Town for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 and authorize the Selectmen to set a tax rate sufficient to provide the same.

Shall the Town of Danby, Vermont allow the operation of cannabis retailers or, so called, integrated licensees (i.e. persons licensed by the state to engage in activities of a cultivator, wholesaler, product manufacturer, retailer, or testing laboratory) pursuant to 7 V.S.A. ss 863?
