Local Leaders Discuss Social Justice

On Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 4:00 pm on Zoom, there will be a "Celebration of Black History Month: A Panel Discussion on Faith & Justice for All Peoples."

7 Panelists are advocates and activists for racial equality:

* Moderator: Jen Daniels, President & Co-Founder, Meristem Farms, Co-Chair of the REAL Steering Committee (Racial Equity Alliance of Vermont)
* Chief Don Stevens -- the Nulhegan Band of the Coosuk-Abenaki Nation
* Maria Davies—Vermont Grant Programs Manager, Vermont's Racial Equity & Diversity Committee, Steering Committee Member of REAL
* Fr. Joseph Ikegbunam -- Parochial Vicar, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church
* Sheriff Roger Marcoux, Jr. - Lamoille County Sheriff
* Rev. Dr. Arnold Isidore Thomas -- Pastor, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Jericho VT
* Marlena Tucker-Fishman-- Member of Waterbury Area Anti-Racism Coalition
* Jen Kimmich — Co-founder & CEO, The Alchemist
