This Sunday, April 27, 10am-12pm, Widow's Clearing

Head out to the woods this weekend to kick off Vermont’s first ever Ash Awareness Week! Join us on Sunday, April 27th for a free guided nature walk at Widow’s Clearing from from 10am-12pm. Meet at the Widow's Clearing trailhead parking lot on the Goshen-Ripton Road.

Participants will be shown how to identify ash trees and learn about the Emerald Ash Borer, an invasive insect that poses a great threat to Vermont’s ash tree population. Get outdoors and come celebrate the more than 160 million ash trees statewide!
