PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Newfane Selectboard will hold a Public (Zoom) Hearing as provided for in 24VSA/4442.

The purpose of the hearing is to hear comment on a proposed Amendment to Article 3, Section 343 of the Newfane Zoning Bylaws, to Establish Natural Burial as a Conditional Use in Resource Districts in the Town of Newfane.

Copies of the proposed amendment are available from the Administrative Assistant to the Selectboard during regular office hours
