The Governor's Institutes of Vermont create fun, accelerated learning residencies on college campuses for Vermont teenagers and high schoolers. They've been doing it long enough that alums are now in leadership roles. We'll speak with director Elizabeth Frascosia and with Nicole LaPointe, who serves as director of GIV's Health & Medicine Institute.
