On February 12th at 7:00 PM, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Jericho proudly presents their annual Mid-Winter Concert, Tunes to Rouse the Spirits: A Ceilidh from the Mountains. This special event features music and photos intertwined - a montage of the Celtic World that is sure to whisk you away to the "mystical isles". . . from wherever you are!
This is the first event of a multi-part series, so please watch for future dates of this adventure, designed to allow you to sit back in the comfort of your own living room, while enjoying the sites and sounds of Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. Listen for the skirl of bagpipes, the merry sound of Celtic whistles, the heartbeat of the drum and more. . . the fiddle, Hammered Dulcimer, keyboard, guitars, bass and photography . . . all joining up up to make a lively and entertaining evening for all ages.
