A few different groups in Moretown have put their heads together to plan an exciting event on Saturday, May 31-- the Spring Into Moretown Festival.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Moretown School and Recreation Fields, with live music, food, and lots of activities for all ages. A few of the day's big attractions include an Energy Fair from the Moretown Energy Committee, with workshops, demonstrations, and vendors from around Vermont; the annual Valley Bike Swap, hosted this year by the Moretown PTN; a car wash staffed by the Moretown Library; and a church yard sale.
There will also be a lunchtime barbecue, local products for sale by the Moretown Freshies group (which held the Farmers Market last summer), and loads of fun activities for the kids.
