Strength & Stretch

Too cold and icy to head outdoors for a walk? Is Covid keeping you away from the gym, or maybe you're just looking for a routine you can do at home? Join us this Thursday, Feb. 11th, for Strength and Stretch.

Exercises will be performed sitting down or standing (using a chair for balance). Participants will use exercise bands throughout the class. Resistance exercises are proven to improve muscle and bone mass as we age. Please consult your doctor before engaging in any physical exercise program. Taught by Kathy Rossier.
