Celebrate Saint Valentine's Day with a dose of self-care and self-love by virtually joining Bianca Amira Zanella, The Paper Poet, in a letter writing workshop and loving-kindness meditation. To get us in the mood, we will collectively explore timeless love poems and letters. Then, we will write love letters to our past, present, and/or future selves, and craft our individual poetic affirmation with a final guided metta meditation.
