Pathways to Resilience: A Community Discussion

Past event
Feb 17, 2021, 6 to 8 PM

Would you like to know more about how trauma impacts us and how we can grow our resilience? You're invited to join an upcoming on-line conversation to learn more about this highly relevant and important topic.

The conversation is free and open to the public, and will be facilitated by local volunteer community members, Billi Dunham and Jeff Boudreau. In this two hour discussion the group will explore the science behind trauma and resilience, and participants will learn ways to talk with family, friends, and neighbors about these topics.

The session will be on Zoom and will be held on Wednesday, February 17th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. To register for this free community discussion contact Kate at Lamoille Restorative Center at kparent@lrcvt.org, or go here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/resiliency-toolkit-orientation-train-the-facilitator-tickets-13[...]475. The Zoom information will be sent to those who sign up.
