Soup and Bread Gift Distribution Saturday

Past event
Jan 30, 2021, 11 AM to 1 PM

Greetings Neighbors,

It was surprisingly warm last Saturday inside the Hoophouse and so many of our neighbors showed up for Soup that we ran out before 1pm. We have ordered a new 25-gallon pot, so starting a week from Saturday there will be an additional 20 quarts of homemade soup available each Saturday. There is always plenty of bread, and so we encourage you to stop by between 11am and 1pm. All food is offered as a gift to anyone who is hungry for any reason.

Soups this week are:

1. Cabbage Noodle, Potato and Sweet Potato, Beef, Herbs, Garlic, Bone Broth.

2, Vegetarian Turnip and Sweet Potato.

This week's Newsletter includes a comical story of the conversation with a skier who stops by the stand for the first time and insists on paying for his bread and soup.

In the newsletter, you can also find an invitation to join us for our Introduction to Hide Tanning Workshop on Sunday from 1:30-3:30.

With care,
The Brush Brook Team
