I am offering a free one time baby massage class on February 18th from 9:30-10:30am on Zoom.
Infant massage is a way to gently nurture and spend time with your baby. Research suggests that massaging your baby can have various health benefits, like encouraging interaction between yourself and your child, help your baby relax and sleep, positively effect infant hormones that control stress, and reduce crying. It's also a great opportunity to connect with other parents. Even on Zoom!
