Bi-weekly meeting group for parents. Structured as a council - we will share, get witness, and support. Ornella will share a resource every week then open it up for participants to share and hear feedback/thoughts/support from the group about what they bring for conversation. we will begin and finish with a mindfulness activity and participants will have (optional) self-reflective homework.
