MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS for TEENS

Sunday, January 31, 10am - 10:45am

This Zoom program is available to all teens.

This program will introduce, explore and experiment with various Zen Buddhist meditation and mindfulness approaches.

We require a minimum number of registered participants in order to hold this program.
