You may have heard of chair yoga - well how about seated dance?
I'm offering a free Zoom session of dances from the international circle dance repertoire which you can dance in your chair.
These dances are for people with permanent or temporary disabilities, tired people and anyone who wants to sit down for a while and listen to beautiful music.
Moving arms, torso and, yes, sometimes even feet, to music is a great way to exercise in place.
We'll dance to music from Hawaii, Armenia, and England as well as the US and Canada.
Oh, and I'll tell a couple of stories, too.
