1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).
2. Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.

II. Public Forum.

III. Regular Business.
1. Budget workshop: finalize FY2022 General Fund and Police Department budgets.
2. Review Water Dept. long range capital plan for Town Report.
3. Review and finalize Town Meeting and Police District warnings.
4. Approval of Annual Certificate of Highway Mileage without changes.
5. Approval of the January 4, January 11, and January 18, 2021 meeting minutes.
6. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor licenses.
7. Selectboard roundtable.
8. Town Administrator's report.

IV. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received.

V. Executive Session: personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).

VI. Adjourn.
