Greetings Neighbors.
It will be cold on Saturday but we'll have the heater going in the greenhouse from 11am -1pm where we will have 2 homemade Soups and lots of fresh Bread, offered as a gift to anyone who is hungry for any reason. Over the winter we have each week left out any leftover Bread and Soup for self-service through the weekend. With the first stretch of cold weather, it will be more difficult to keep food from freezing and so we ask you to try to make it during our open hours and help us distribute the food to your neighbors who would appreciate the gift. There is a lot of loneliness all around us this winter. Here's the Soup Menu:
1. Cabbage Noodles, Sweet Potato and Potato, Beef, Tomato, Garlic and Bone Broth.
2. Vegetarian Turnip Sweet Potato.
Please bring containers from home for us to fill for you.
With care,
The Brush Brook Team
