2. Review and Approve Minutes: 12/15/2020
3. Administrative Matters, if any:
Introduce new PC member, Melissa Hernandez.
Review members terms, appointments.
ACRPC Newsletter/ Grant opportunities
Green Peak Solar project, status.
4. New Business:
Continued discussion regarding Planning Commission roles and responsibilities. Moving forward:
• Revisit proposed zoning updates discussed this past fall.
• Discuss priority planning work identified in the implementation
section of the updated 2020 Town Plan.
• Public awareness for the Town Plan vote in March 2021.
Public comments on tonight's agenda items following the public hearings will be called for at an appropriate juncture. We will hear public comments on other topics at the conclusion of our evening's deliberations.
