Who: Deborah is a disability rights advocate and former Associate Director of the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion at UVM where she taught UVM's Culture of Disability Course and coordinated UVM's Graduate Certificate in the Interdisciplinary Study of Disabilities. She was also a former executive director of VT Center for Independent Living.
