Join Community Hope and Action as we work to spread love throughout our community in commemoration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will be distributing bags with supplies needed to make gratitude signs and resources to help keep us grateful! Signs will be placed in front of Grace Cottage to show our neighbors how much we appreciate the important work that they do. Design your sign to share gratitude to whoever you want - your favorite teacher, essential workers, or even your friendly neighbor.

Supply bags will be available at the following locations for contactless pick-up beginning Wednesday January 13th:

Messenger Pharmacy - On the front porch during pharmacy hours,
River Bend Farm Market - Between 12:30-1:30PM on Wednesday,
Townshend Library - Between 1-8PM on Wednesday and 9-2PM on Friday
West Townshend Country Store - During pizza night 5pm-7pm on Friday

After you have your bag and complete your gratitude sign, please place it in the designated location in front of Grace Cottage by Sunday the 17th. Signs will be left up for the week of the 18th, coinciding with the recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Feel free to take your sign home at the end of the week and place it in front of your home.

So pick up a bag, make a sign and add your appreciation of the person/people you want to recognize for their great work in our community!
