The Process:

When we see or hear about scary or unexpected things happening in our world, we all experience big feelings. We hope to create a sense of community in which we can share these experiences and begin to create a space for healing. We will hold and honor a diversity of perspectives in this conversation.

We will use a restorative circle process. This means that the circle keeper will ask a question, and each member of the group will be given a chance to respond to that question.
