Policing and Mental Health will address how police interact with people in a mental health crisis, from the perspective of law enforcement, victims, and legal advocacy. Discussion will include police training and other policing reform approaches that can help mitigate overreaction and unnecessary violence.
League of Women Voters of Vermont member Madeline Motta will moderate the panel who includes:
