Black Bears of Vermont: Educational Program

Forrest Hammond, Wildlife Biologist and Black Bear Project Leader, VT Fish and Wildlife Dept., will present a program on the ecology of Vermont's black bears, including
management and bear conflict avoidance. After his presentation, Forrest will be available to answer your bear questions.

This free virtual program is sponsored by the Ferrisburgh Conservation Commission. It will be delivered online via Zoom; the link is below, and also will be posted on the Ferrisburgh town website [ferrisburghvt.org], on the Conservation Commission's page a few days before the program. If you're new to Zoom, we'll open up the workshop 20 minutes early if you'd like to test out your system.
