Led by Becky Widschwenter of "Mindful Movement" and River Buffum of "Seeds of the Soul," this practice is designed to increase awareness of the mind/body/spirit connection and support growth through simple, restorative movements. Participants will be guided in a brief meditation, followed by gentle stretching to facilitate release and encourage space for flow, This is the 3rd in the series "Meditation in Motion."
