VEC is holding elections for District Directors at the Annual meeting in May. Online Voting starts today, and your paper ballot should arrive in the mail for all customer/members tomorrow, Wednesday the 23rd. I hope you'll vote for me, Caleb Elder, for for District 5 Director!
I have served for the past 5 years as Starksboro's Energy Coordinator and I work in the renewable energy field, currently heading up solar sales at Smith & McClain Construction out of Bristol. I believe that increasing local, renewable energy generation and encouraging the development of electric heating and transportation options are the key steps to reaching a cleaner energy future.
With your support I can bring new energy and valuable expertise to the VEC Board. I would surely appreciate your vote, but most of all just be sure to participate in the election!
