4:00 PM Call to Order/Amendments/Welcoming guests
Considering whether to implement provisions under Act 162 which permits any municipality the ability to apply the Australian ballot system to any or all of its municipal meetings held in the year 2021 by vote of its legislative body. Action likely.

4:20 Highway Report – update on hiring road foreman and status of road commissioner as well as general road updates. Action possible.

4:35 Treasurer Report – preliminary review of the 2019 annual audit, reviewing advertisement for a municipal bookkeeper, and other fiscal-related matters. Action possible.

4:50 Considering the VTRANS Project Commitments for Bike/Ped Scoping Study with 20% Town match. Action possible.

5:00 PM BUDGET WORKSHOP
Reviewing the FY22 Budget draft so far – possibly considering restructuring compensation for Town employees and budgeting for grant matches. Action unlikely.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Considering the Middlesex Energy Committee's request that its 5-page handout on building with energy efficiency be included with any approved Town building permit. Action likely.
- Approving an access permit for Stanley Williams/John Nummy onto a legal trail off Lower Sunnybrook Road. Action likely.
- Approving the December 1, 2020, Select Board minutes. Action likely.
- Orders
- Correspondence: a request from the WCUUSD that the Town assume the costs of maintaining a charging station for electric vehicles at Rumney School. Action possible.
- Any other matter that may come before the Board.
