Join me, Pam Keyser for another free Vin and yin class this Sunday from 4:30-5:30. The first 1/2 of class we flow using our breath to to transition through poses. (I move slowly). The last 15 minutes or so we hold poses passively for several minutes supported by props. This portion is done on the floor. Holding shapes for an extended period of time allows the connective tissues to be nourished and strengthened. This class is done virtually through uppervalleyyoga.com.
