Game of Logging Chainsaw Training

Game of Logging teaches chainsaw skills. Each level builds upon the one before. By listening to explanations, watching demonstrations, and then practicing techniques, participants come away with better work habits and greater confidence in their ability to safely fell trees and work in the woods. This program will be broken into two separate days. Level I on the 21 will provide an overview of chain saw safety and covers basic tree felling. Each participant will fell a tree. Level II on the 22 covers basic saw maintenance and chain sharpening techniques and provides another opportunity for tree felling. No experience necessary but you must be comfortable starting and holding a chain saw. You can sign up for one or both (note to sign up for II only you must have completed Level I at an earlier time).
