Santa will be arriving in St. Albans. He can be seen in the lobby window of the new building at the corner of Main Street and Congress Street from 10 AM to Noon on Saturday December 5. Children are encouraged to bring their list for Christmas and deposit it into the box so that Santa can read it at a quiet moment.
