Bring some extra holiday cheer this year! Create a homemade holiday card (or cards) to be given to elderly residents at the Franklin County Rehab Center and throughout Franklin county! Bring your card(s) to the library now through December 16th for them to be handed out to residents. Please bring them during open hours of operation.
