The Agency of Natural Resources has posted its draft indirect discharge renewal permit covering how Cabot Creamery manages it washwater. Many of you have already received notice through other channels, but in an effort to broadly communicate to the Cabot community, Cabot Creamery wishes to post in Front Porch Forum as well.
The draft permit can be found on DEC's Environmental Notice Bulletin (https://enb.vermont.gov/; enter permit# 09-0043).
The deadline for public comments is 4:30pm on Friday, December 11, 2020.
An informal virtual public hearing will be held using MS Teams tomorrow/Tuesday, December 1st from 4pm-6pm.
