This Tuesday, December 1, is Giving Tuesday—and the Randolph Area Asylum Seekers Support (RAASS) board is asking anyone who can to please consider donating to our Giving Tuesday fundraiser. We are collaborating with fiver other groups with similar missions for this fundraiser, and we hope to raise $10,000 over the course of the day.

As a RAASS board member, I am dedicated to helping people seeking asylum get out of detention centers and into safe, stable homes. The six groups you'll be supporting if you contribute to our Giving Tuesday campaign already sponsor about 20 asylum seekers throughout Vermont, and will be sponsoring more in the coming year (in a COVID-safe manner).

Your donation will go directly towards covering expenses such as food, health care, housing, transportation, and legal support for asylum seekers living here in Vermont.
