Neighbors,
Despite COVID stay home/stay safe initiatives, there seems to be more trash than ever covering our beautiful roads and woods. Let's beat the real snow (and the serious holiday rush) and grab a trash bag or two and clean up our roads and neighborhoods THIS WEEK!
A limited amount of large orange trash bags (donated from our friends over in Cambridge who did a similar initiative this fall) will be available along with latex gloves and disposable masks on the Studio Store's outdoor porch. Please only take what you will use, thank you!
Please note you will be responsible for getting the collected garbage to the dump, but if resources and transportation are a hardship, please contact us and we will assist- no questions asked!
Per the Governor's latest executive orders, please do not gather with folks outside your immediate household and wear a facial covering when appropriate. Reflective vests and blaze orange are also a good idea this time of year!
There are no designated times or areas to Orange Up, but we are hoping that many of our backroads and main roads are tackled this week. Clayhill, Upper French Road, Foote Brook, Collins Hill, and RT 15- in both directions- are VERY littered.
Many thanks for your participation in making our town beautiful and clean for humans and animals alike. This will be the BEST Christmas gift we can give ourselves.
Cheers,
Kyle Nuse & Michael Mahnke
