UPDATE on Plainfield Community Supper. Yes... we are once again hosting a pre-Thanksgiving No Contact Bag Supper this coming 4th Tuesday (the 24th) from 6-7 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church in Plainfield lower village.

Menu is a choice of Thai Butternut Squash soup, Turkey Vegetable Soup, Vegan Creamy Tomato soup and Beef Black Bean Chili - all hygienically prepared at Joe's Kitchen... along with Red Hen donated bread and 2 apples. Each bagged meal serves 2 people.

As in the past, pickup is at the door of the side entrance foyer of the church. ONLY ONE PERSON at a time is to enter. That person must have no cold or flu symptoms, not be exposed to COVID-19 and be masked. If you cannot meet that criteria please send someone else to pick up your meal.

All meals remaining by evening will be sent to Marshfield and will be available at the Onion River Food Shelf on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Soup costs were donated in part by a community patron as well as by numerous individual donations.)
