Whether you celebrate with turkey, tofurkey, or skip right to the pies, the Libraries of the MRV invite you to sit at our virtual Thanksgiving table for trivia fun! In order to play along, you must register by noon on November 25 using the link below. Registrants will be emailed the Zoom meeting ID and only registered participants will be allowed in.
It will be easiest to play with two devices - one that is logged into the Zoom meeting and another that is logged into Kahoot! (The Kahoot! app is free and can be downloaded onto a mobile device or tablet or you can log in using a web browser.) It is possible to play with one device but may be a little trickier. You can also watch/listen along without playing along in the Kahoot! app.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY OUTSIDE OF THE VALLEY ARE WELCOME TO PLAY ALONG! There's always room to squeeze an extra chair in at the (virtual) kids' table.* To play as one team with people in other locations, I recommend everyone register to get the zoom link. Then during the game, use FaceTime or even an old-fashioned phone to fight, uh I mean, communicate, with each other. Then have ONE person be the designated Kahoot! answerer that is logged into Kahoot!
To make things even more festive we've selected a mock-or-not-tail recipe for the event. Feel free to make a batch for your crew to sip on as we play! Once registered, we will send you the recipe for the perhaps most aptly-named drink for the 2020 holiday season: "The Bright and Bitter"
