Come meet the candidates running in the special Select Board election. This is a reminder that "The Friends of Pownal" are hosting a candidate forum on Thursday April 24, 2014 from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. at the Pownal Elementary School library. This will be an opportunity to hear candidates' (Betty Baker and Jason Olansky) views on a number of issues of concern to the citizens of Pownal, including new Town Office, the new Town Plan, the pressures on our property taxes etc.

The evening will conclude with the opportunity for those present to ask their own questions of the candidates.
