For those who need a book now, I have a list of titles similar to the 2018 novel that is still a best seller, Delia Owens' "Where the Crawdads Sing." The list was prepared by Milton Public Library's Tracey Noel. If you have not yet read "Where the Crawdads Sing," we have 3 copies here so you're likely to find one copy available. If you have, try these titles, all available here at GFL:

Before We Were Yours, by Lisa Wingate (2019)
The Great Alone, by Kristin Hannah (2018)
Prodigal Summer, by Barbara Kingsolver (2000)
The Round House, by Louise Erdrich (2012)
The Snow Child, by Eowyn Ivey (2012)
Educated, a memoir by Tara Westover (2018).

The library remains open for brief visits to our collections or booksale. Feel free to call or email us to request titles for pickup in the library or in our entryway. Happy Reading!
