Christmas is around the corner, and if that's giving you the uh-oh's, here's a fun, Zoom-based way to fix that attitude: The First Annual Christmas Holiday Ukulele Tune-up!
If your holiday involves playing songs for yourself or others, give yourself a jump-start on learning how to play them on the ukulele. We'll have fun getting down the rhythm, becoming familiar with new chords, and strumming and moving more easily from chord to chord. Ability level includes anyone who can move with relative ease among basic chords and maintain a steady strum. An adventurous spirit and a song in your heart helps as well, as we'll be learning new chords, making lots of mistakes, and cheering each other on.
Led by Ukulele Clare and Rebecca Padula, this lighthearted course aims at helping you feel the Christmas spirit through the strings of your instrument ... and laughing and sharing, and filling ourselves with the joy of the season.
