Dear Neighbors,

This Monday, the City Council will hold a special meeting at 6pm that will include an expected executive session. The sole purpose of the meeting is to discuss the upcoming mediation as a way of potentially resolving the pending litigation with BTC Mall Associates. The parties have two planned mediation dates on November 23 and 30.

As with all our meetings, there will be a public forum.
