Patriots Youth Football sign-ups will be held Tuesday, April 22, from 5:30 to 7:00pm, in the gym lobby at Cambridge Elementary School. This is the last day to sign-up and save $15 on registration fees. Tackle for grades 5/6 and 7/8, $65 and Flag for grades 2/3/4, $50. Family discounts available. After April 22, Tackle will be $80 and Flag $65. Please bring proof of insurance and copy of birth certificate (if not already on file).
