Intro to Iyengar Yoga Series with Monika Jaeckle

New to yoga? Want to learn the basics with other beginners? Join Monika Jaeckle for this 4-week Intro to Iyengar Yoga Series at the Iyengar Yoga Center of Vermont. Classes will focus on the fundamentals of yoga poses with lots of attention for individual support. Each class builds slowly on the previous, creating a firm foundation in the body and mind. Perfect if you’re brand new to yoga or new to this method!

What is Iyengar Yoga?

Classes are slow and instructional, geared towards those who want to learn the foundations of yoga. It is a safe practice that is appropriate for any body, regardless of age or condition. A great way to learn about yoga!
