Appendix 2: NPA Resolution
Proposed resolution language:
The 1982 City Council resolution creating the (Ward 2) (Ward 3) NPA states in part: "the Neighborhood Planning Assemblies shall...provide advice to...this council with respect to community development, housing programs...among other issues..." In accordance with the 1982 charge,(Ward 2) (Ward 3) Neighborhood Planning Assembly hereby advises the City Council to require in the City Place developer agreement 82 units of housing for low income families and the homeless attached to the project in the form of Section 8 federal 30% income max rents—and assist in seeking the federal allocation.
