This month's meeting includes presentations by Vermont Racial Justice Alliance and Pathways Vermont; a resolution advising City Council to require that CityPlace developers increase the amount of affordable housing; a BHS construction update; school board, city councilor, and state legislator updates; and NPA steering committee nominations.
