On November 12 at 7:00 PM, the Community Senior Center hosts New York Times best-selling author Michael Tougias for his virtual chronicle of the thirteen harrowing days of the Cuban Missile Crisis, and the U-2 aircraft's critical role in the U.S.'s successful outcome.

Based on his book, Above and Beyond: JFK and America's Most Dangerous Spy Mission, Tougias' presentation reveals de-classified details behind President John F. Kennedy's tactics that thwarted a Soviet nuclear missile installation on Cuba and avoided a potential nuclear war.
