The Planning Commission and Zoning Board will meet Thursday evening for a joint hearing on an application by Jeff Price to replace an existing accessory structure at 137 Association Way on Thompson's Point with a new structure, located closer to the road. Following that, the Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed 2-lot subdivision at 1745 Dorset St. Ext. , proposed by owners Greg & Lynn Cluff.

The PC meeting agenda also includes a discussion of next steps for the town on its response to a proposed large solar array at 2577 Lake Rd., and final review & approval of draft changes to the town plan and Land Use Regulations.
